Mode of application: - For germination at home: thoroughly rinse oat grains under running water, then fill with cool water and leave for 10 hours. Then the water needs to be changed. Spread soaked grains with a thin layer on wet gauze in a plate or flat bowl and cover with another wet gauze. Put the prepared grain for germination in a dark place for 2 days, while remember to rinse them twice a day. When the sprouts become 1-2 mm long, the grains are ready for use and at this stage of growth are most useful. - Infusion of oats: in 400 ml of water add 1 tablespoon of grains of sow. Insist for 24 hours, the resulting infusion is ready for use after straining. - Oat broth: 1 tablespoon of grains soak overnight, rinse, pour 400 ml of water and cook for 20 minutes.
